We collect and process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so, and only for as long as it is needed to operate your account, meet our regulatory obligations, and protect you from fraud.

What we collect

  • Identity data — name, date of birth, nationality, government identification documents and biometric verification imagery submitted during onboarding.
  • Contact data — email address, telephone number and address of record.
  • Financial data — balances, transaction history, beneficiary details, and the settlement corridors you use.
  • Technical data — IP address, device footprint, browser and platform signature, and approximate geographic origin derived from your network address.

How we use it

Your data is used to operate your account, execute instructions you give us, meet anti-money-laundering and sanctions-screening obligations, detect and prevent fraud, and improve the security of the platform. We do not sell personal data.

Cryptographic protections

Data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3. Sensitive fields at rest — authenticator secrets, recovery codes and card verification values — are encrypted with authenticated encryption using per-application keys. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and are never recoverable.

Retention

Transaction and audit records are retained for the period required by applicable financial-records legislation. Identity documents are retained for the statutory period following account closure and are then securely destroyed.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, port or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Statutory record-keeping obligations may limit erasure. Contact clientservices@industrialspares.store to exercise a right.
